Shipping & Return
Spectra Connectronics LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation, refund & replacement policy.
Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hrs of order placing, we will not be in a position to cancel or reschedule any order.
In case of receipt of damaged, defective or incorrect products customer needs to contact our customer support team at +91 8657865842 or email@example.com within 24 to 48 hrs of receipt of the product to obtain a return material authorization number ('RMA').
Our customer support team will check the details and provide you with RMA number. No goods return will be accepted at our end without RMA number. Goods returned should be in their original packing and saleable condition.
Customer will be responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return. Appropriate precautions must be taken by the customer while sending a product back to the company to avoid any transit damage.
Once goods are delivered at our end, we will check the product as per companies quality check and the product should qualify with defects raised while applying for RMA number. Once confirmed from our team replacement will be dispatched from our end and the docket will be updated to the customer.
In case of refund, customer needs to provide bank details to our team on the given email id. Refund will be credited to customer account number within 7 to 10 days after receipt of customer bank details.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet or qualify with damage received or manufacturing defect will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
All Goods accepted for return or refund should be returned for receipt by the Company within 15 days of invoicing. The Customer should return the Goods to Spectra Connectronics LLP 52-B, Chotani Building, 1st Floor, Proctor Road, Off Lamington Road, Grant Road (E), Mumbai – 400007. Clearly quoting the Customer's account number, order number, and RMA.
